VIENNA, 7 October. / Correspondent. TASS Mikhail Shcherbakov /. OSCE observers have identified discrepancies between actual events and the information provided to them by Ukrainian military. This follows from the data contained in the daily report of the observation mission of the Organization for October 6 posted on the website of the OSCE.
"Ukrainian commanders number of PPC to the north and northeast of Mariupol informed observers about the shelling of the previous day. The observers, who were at that time at checkpoints, have not heard volleys of artillery and did not see any indication that the fire actually took place recently," - the report said.
According to him, "a senior Ukrainian Debaltseve officer reported to the mission that in the past 24 hours was recorded 76 cases of ceasefire violation - 42 by militias, 34 - from the military, resulting in one person was killed and 13 were wounded." "The mission is not recorded incidents in the area and have not seen anything that would confirm the allegations made by the officer," - says the report.
